1. What is Cool Club?

Cool Club is a subscription based mobile portal which offer wallpaper and images content to download and enjoy as long as you have an active subscription. Subscription is available at as low as LKR 6 +tax/day. Once you are subscribed to Cool Club, you will need an active data connection. Data charges will be applicable as per the package selected.

2. Where do I find content offered from Cool Club on my Mobile phone?

You need to log on to wap site http://coolclub.mobi from your mobile via your mobile browser. You can then select from a range of wallpapers and images. Remember to bookmark for easy access.

Here are some pointers to HELP you connect:
  • To browse and join the cool club service, please make sure.
  • Your mobile is configured with Mobile Internet (WAP/GPRS/EDGE) settings.
  • You are using a compatible mobile for mobile games and other wallpapers and animation content to download.
  • You have enough credit/mobile balance, especially if you are using a prepaid/postpaid.
  • You have enough space for downloading content on your mobile.

3. How to subscribe to Cool Club?

Go to http://coolclub.mobi and click on “SUBSCRIBE” button and once prompted click on Confirm.

4. How much do I pay for subscribing the cool club service?

If you have opted to subscribe to Cool Club service, you will be charged LKR 6 +tax for the daily pack. This is an auto renewal service.

5. If I have opted for the subscription option, how long does my subscription last?

Your subscription period will be dependent on the period you have opted for – daily subscription will be active for same day, your subscription will be automatically renewed.

6. I want to see, when is my subscription renewal date?

7. How can I unsubscribe from the Cool Club?

After successfully subscribed the Cool Club service user will able to see unsubscribe button in the my account section to unsubscribe from the subscription service.

8. If I have opted for the subscription option, how long does my subscription last?

Your subscription period will be dependent on the period you have opted for – daily. At the end of the subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed.

9. I get error 'Low Balance, Recharge and try again', what does this mean?

This message is displayed when you do not have sufficient balance in your account or your daily renewal has been unsuccessful. To continue enjoying Cool club service kindly refill your mobile balance and try again.
